Supporting your participants starts with knowing who to call
As a plan manager, your reputation depends on the providers you work with.
Unclear invoicing, unreliable availability, and inconsistent care quality all create work for you and risk for your participants. Homage is built to reduce that friction.
Homage is a registered NDIS provider specialising in in-home support for participants with disabilities and chronic illnesses.
We work across Melbourne, Adelaide, and Perth, and send invoices directly to plan managers, ensuring that they are itemised, compliant, and ready to process.
Why do plan managers refer to Homage

You can directly make the service booking with our Care Advisory team or via the Homage Enterprise Portal.
Step 2 – We match and confirm within hours, not days
Our team matches your participant with a screened support worker or nurse suited to their requirements. You’ll receive a booking confirmation by email. For urgent cases, we aim to fulfil within 3 hours.
Step 3 – Homage delivers care and assistance to your participant
On the day of the service booking, the Homage support worker or nurse will attend to your participant’s caregiving needs at their home, facility or hospital. After the booking you will receive a visit summary report on the services conducted.
Step 4 – Invoice goes directly to the Plan Manager
Homage invoices the participant’s Plan Manager directly, in line with the NDIS Price Guide. If the participant is self-managed, invoices go to them. Either way, it’s off your plate.

FAQs for Support Coordinators
Is Homage a registered NDIS provider?
Yes. Homage is an NDIS-registered provider, meeting all NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission requirements. NDIA-managed, plan-managed and self-managed participants can all access our services.
How quickly can Homage start services after a referral?
For urgent cases, we can fulfil a home visit within 3 hours of referral. For non-urgent bookings, we typically confirm a matched support worker within 48 hours. All urgent referrals receive a same-day response from our team.
Does Homage offer nursing care for complex NDIS participants?
Yes. Our qualified nurses deliver complex clinical procedures including wound care, catheter care, PEG feeding, stoma care and injection assistance. Many NDIS providers cannot offer this level of clinical capability.
How does NDIS invoicing work with Homage?
After each service, Homage invoices the participant’s Plan Manager directly, in line with the NDIS Price Guide. If the participant is self-managed, invoices go directly to them. You don’t need to manage invoicing on Homage’s behalf.
What screening do Homage support workers undergo?
Every Homage support worker goes through a structured interview, police check, reference checks, vaccination verification and certification verification before being approved to work with participants.
Can I manage multiple participants' bookings through Homage?
Yes. Support coordinators who regularly refer participants can access the Homage app, a care management tool to view bookings, receive care reports and track support schedules across all your participants.
Which NDIS plan types does Homage accept?
Homage accepts all three plan management types: NDIA-managed (agency-managed), plan-managed and self-managed. If you’re unsure which applies to your participant, our Care Advisory team can help clarify.
Are Homage's prices within NDIS price limits?
Yes. All Homage services are priced in line with the current NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits. Our team will confirm the applicable rates for your participant’s specific support type and location before services commence.
What happens if a Care Professional cancels or is unavailable?
Cancellation terms are set out in the service agreement provided to each participant, and align with NDIS short notice cancellation rules. Plan managers will not be invoiced for services not delivered. Contact us directly if you have questions about a specific situation.
Can I refer a participant without a support coordinator being involved?
Yes. Plan managers can refer participants directly. If the participant also has a support coordinator, we recommend keeping them informed so the referral fits within the broader context of the participant’s plan and current support mix.
What happens when the participant's plan is reviewed or renewed?
Homage will continue providing services after a plan review unless advised otherwise. If funding categories, line items, or budgets change as a result of a plan review, please notify Homage so the service agreement can be updated accordingly.
