If you have used our care support services before, you will have chatted with one of our lovely team members from the General Support or Care Advisory teams. It’s always nice to know the face of the person you are talking to and a little bit about them too, isn’t it? This short article will introduce you to each team – who they are and how they support Melbourne families with their care needs!

What we do
The Care Advisory Team (CA) is responsible for customer support by managing all inbound and outbound customer calls. CA provides the best customer experience by creating and building a positive relationship with the Care Owner to understand each Care Recipient’s circumstance, environment and care requirements.
The team:
- Suggest, discuss, and tailor the care solutions for each Care Recipient
- Organise In Person Care Assesments
- Book the care visits
- Make sure all the information is up to date for upcoming visits
- Manage and maintain the current customer relationship and database
- Guide and provide technical support to utilise the Homage App for booking care visits and reviewing Care Visit Reports
- Follow-up online enquiries and questions.
General support team

What we do
The General Support Team (GS) supports both the Care Advisory team and the Care Professional Team. GS is the first point of contact for all enquiries regarding existing bookings, questions on the day of a care visit from either our Care Recipients or our Care Professionals or technological questions on our App.
The team:
- Follow up with Care Organisers/Care Recipients and the Care Professionals
- Maintain communication with and between Care Organisers/Care Recipients and the Care Professionals for any logical questions
- Make sure all the information is up to date for upcoming visits
- Follow up on technical inquiries
- Monitor and provide feedback for any incidents
- Manage and maintain the current customer relationship and database.
